At Fit Layers, we work with trusted third-party courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Please read our shipping policy carefully:

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking details.

 Shipping Partners

We have partnered with leading courier companies  to deliver across India and internationally.

Since delivery is handled by third-party partners, Fit Layers is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen events.

 Delivery Timelines (Estimated)

Metro Cities (India): 3–5 business days.

Other Cities: 5–7 business days.

(Timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier partner performance.)

 Order Tracking

Customers can track their order through the tracking link provided once the shipment is dispatched.

Any delivery issue must be reported to support@fitlayers.com so we can coordinate with our courier partner.

 Damages, Delays & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will raise the issue with our courier partner and arrange a replacement/refund (case-specific).

For delayed/lost shipments, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier partner. However, final responsibility for delivery timelines rests with the courier company.
